Roberto's Mexican Food – A Family Tradition
It all started in 1964 when Roberto Robledo opened a tortilla shop in San Ysidro. With the help of his family, they began making and selling tortillas, and soon, Dolores began crafting burritos at the request of customers. These burritos became so popular that they opened their first taco shop. Roberto's Carne Asada Burrito was born, quickly becoming a local favorite. Today, Roberto's continues to serve fresh Mexican food, staying true to its roots while growing into a beloved community staple.
